Butterfly Scholars helps selected Omaha-area graduating seniors cover the cost of their cap and gown.

THE MOMENT THEY EARNED.

No senior should miss walking the stage because of the cost of a cap and gown.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The student is a graduating senior in the Class of 2027.
  • The student attends school in or lives in the Omaha area.
  • The student is on track to graduate with their class.
  • The cap and gown cost is not already covered by another source.
  • Nominations are submitted by someone who knows the student — teacher, counselor, coach, mentor, family, or community member.

Butterfly Scholars pays approved cap and gown costs directly whenever possible. Previously purchased cap and gown expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
